Jet2 has celebrated 20 years of Alicante flights.

On 19 May 2003, the first Jet2.com flight landed in Alicante from Leeds Bradford Airport.

From just one route to Alicante in 2003, it now offers Alicante flights from ten UK bases.

These include Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted.

Jet2holidays has over 80 hotels on sale for summer 2023 in five resorts – Benidorm, Calpe, Alicante City, Albir and Altea.

It operates up to 70 weekly flights during peak periods this summer.
